Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, all documents incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion without prior individual notice. Any modifications to this Agreement will be posted on the Website. For this reason, we encourage you to review this Agreement whenever you access and use the Website and each time you make a purchase through the Website.

Ability to Enter into this Agreement

In order to enter into this Agreement, you must have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and you must be fully able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Your submission of personal information through the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to immediately notify Pelegrin of any unauthorized use of your user account or any other breach of security.

Site Transactions

This site allows Canadian orders only. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Product Availability & Pricing

Items in your shopping cart reflect the most recent price displayed on the product detail page. Prices may be inaccurately displayed due to system or typographical errors. Pelegrin reserves the right to correct any such errors and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices.

Product Descriptions

Pelegrin makes reasonable efforts to display products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour, texture, or detail will be accurate. In compliance with industry standards, the carat total weight for each purchase may vary by up to 0.05 carats from the stated weight.

Returns & Comparison Purchasing

All products are subject to our Returns Policy. To offer our customers the best value, we do not allow comparison purchasing (buying several items with the intent of keeping only one). To confirm the quality of a jewellery item before purchasing, please call us at 604-818-4842.

Tax & Shipping

Unless a valid tax-exemption certificate is provided, you are responsible for all applicable taxes (PST, GST, HST). We fully insure each order during transit. For security, a signature is required for all deliveries. Products are currently only eligible for shipping within Canada via FedEx.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including images, text, designs, and jewellery descriptions, are intellectual property owned or licensed by Pelegrin. You agree not to copy, modify, or exploit any aspect of the Website without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Pelegrin arising from the Website or any products purchased exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product subject to dispute or $1,000, whichever is lesser.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by a single arbitrator in Vancouver, British Columbia.
